Hi, I am Tracey Craig.

I was on every diet you can imagine. Five years ago at the age of 35, I was 170 pounds and a size 14. I told myself by the time I am forty I am going to look my best and feel my best. The first year I joined the YMCA I went 4 to 6 days a week. (didn’t change my diet). Lost 10 pounds. The second year I stayed at the YMCA and drank 64 ounces a water a day. Lost 10 more pounds. The third and fourth year did every diet I can think of and went to all the vitamins shops around. I would not eat breakfast or lunch and just go crazy for dinner. I would over exercise. My weight always consumed my life. So before I started using these products, again I set a goal, it was simple, I told myself I am not going to miss a meal. So in only 6 weeks, by using the weight loss program I have to offer, I lost 15 pounds and my body fat went down 15%. Now I go to the YMCA 2 to 3 days a week and still drink 64 ounces of water a day. I have never felt better in my life. I am 135 pounds and a size 4. I will be forty December 19, 2008. I DID IT!!

My whole family are using these products. I have two elementary students that drink the children shakes before school. It’s a great feeling knowing my kids are getting the proper nutrition before school and it is fast and easy. My two teenage boys love the bulk and muscle and the energy drinks while my husband lost 65 pounds using these products.
