Meet once a week for six weeks set weekly goals get weighed in each week!

One time Fee $100.00  

Personal Training (strength and cardio)

$25.00  a Half Hour
$50.00 a Hour

24 half hour sessions $500.00
24 one hour sessions $1000.00
