You will never feel lost and we will help you through those difficult times, parties, out to dinner or lunch and breakfast. We will support and motivate you every step of the way.

Group support :

Weight loss Challenges meet for six or twelve week classes.

We educate and motivate you in a group setting and you can win money!

Summer - Fall -  Winter and Spring sessions (biggest loser contest) no physical exercise.

One time fee $40.00

One on One Coaching:

Meet once a week for six weeks set weekly goals get weighed in each week!

One time Fee $100.00  

Personal Training (strength and cardio)

$25.00  a Half Hour
$50.00 a Hour

24 half hour sessions $500.00
24 one hour sessions $1000.00
